When an heat wave hits Seattle and knocks out the power, Spencer buys an exotic air-conditioner/generator that brings all kinds of unexpected visitors: Spencer's sworn enemy Chuck, along with his father and surprisingly attractive sister; Freddie's mother with a group of senior citizens; Freddie's cute, but freakishly tall date Sabrina (who is also Gibby's cousin); Carly's ex-boyfriend Griffin; and a lot of other neighbors.
